Wales needs Change
Wales has a Bullying Crisis on its hands and it is clearly being ignored by Safeguarding teams and Local Authorities, including the schools themselves.

My Company is currently developing an Anti-Bullying Programme where we promote Schools, Businesses & workplaces that develop a strict, zero tolerance policy to anti-bullying. This is called "Vibe Check".
